2022 HERE WE COME…..
9 Lessons or LEADERSHIP Skills learned during 2020 - 2021

1.ATTITUDE of GRATITUDE - Be GRATEFUL for LITTLE things.

Have you ever noticed how some people appear happy, no matter what's going on in their lives?
They seem to have GRACE and GRATITUDE for life that many of us don't understand, even when life's HARDSHIPS arise. We have learned to APPRECIATE the little things in life, which is one of the reasons that we can get through difficult situations with Gratitude.

Have an ATTITUDE of GRATITUDE, and we, as SUPERBHUMANS, believe that this is a key to happiness.

"THE STRUGGLE ends when GRATEFUL things happen."

2. Everyone has a STORY - Do not make assumptions.

The problem with making assumptions is that we believe they are the truth.
We invented a whole story that's only true for us, but we thought it.
One belief leads to another assumption; we jumped to CONCLUSION, taking our account very personally and then defending our ASSUMPTION.

"EVERYONE has a STORY. All of us have lost someone near and dear to us in Covid. Let's be empathetic."

3. PATIENCE is the KEY

A distracted and confused mind is often RESTLESS. A good decision requires a calm and COMPOSED mind, and it stems from constant PATIENCE.
When we are PATIENT - we have the opportunity to pause and ponder all perspectives, thereby achieving intelligent, productive, and lasting results.

"PATIENCE is bitter, but its fruit is sweet."

4. Make TIME for Yourself

Take out TIME for Yourself; explore new parts of YOURSELF.
Just like we would take time to know a friend better - take TIME to know YOURSELF better.
Allow yourself to explore your PASSION or BUILD EMOTIONAL and PHYSICAL strength.
At morning rituals, we SUPERBHUMANS take 1 hour DAILY for OURSELF.

"KEEP taking TIME for YOURSELF until you're yourself again."

5. LEARNING = EARNING

Leaders at SUPERBHUMANS with a learning mindset are more likely to take on CHALLENGES, PERSIST when they face difficulty.
We at SUPERBHUMANS believe LEARNING = EARNING = GROWTH.

2020 and 2021, I got back to learning, attending courses, reading more books, signing up for classes—these actions in now resulting in clarity and revenue.

"Your EARNING will never SURPASS your LEARNING."

6. BE GRATEFUL for all the OPPORTUNITY

Lockdown, markets closed, schools shut, offices desolated, cities empty and clear roads is the synopsis of the last 21 months.
Covid helped me be grateful for all opportunities - big or small.
STOP SIGN doesn't mean stopping completely; it means being grateful and searching for other ways.

"At times, our LIGHT goes out and is rekindled by a SPARK from another person."

7. Stay POSITIVE

We made sure we are taking enough BREAKS and being KIND to OURSELVES for making it this FAR; after all, we are living through a global pandemic!' We, as SUPERBHUMANS, have always had a positive feeling around each other.

"Positive psychology is not about denying difficult emotions. It's about opening to what is happening here and now and cultivating and savoring the good in your life," says Ron Siegel, PsyD, assistant professor of psychology at Harvard Medical School.

"If you want the light to come into your life, you need to stand where it is shining."

8. LIFE is VALUABLE

This year gave us a reality check on how VALUABLE LIFE IS.
SURVIVAL was the most significant achievement in 2020-21.
I made many modifications to my physical and mental health.

"Life is very precious for every living being in this world, whether small or Big."

9. NEGATIVITY is NEVER the Solution

Our THOUGHTS, EMOTIONS, and BEHAVIOR are linked, so our thoughts impact how we FEEL and ACT. So, although we all have unhelpful thoughts from TIME to TIME, we GOT to know what to do when they appear, so we DON'T let them CHANGE the course of our DAY. We at SUPERBHUMANS have already eliminated all the NEGATIVE WORDS from our MIND.

"Positivity creates a solution to every problem. Negativity creates a problem in every solution."
